Joe specializes in serving emerging publicly-held and venture-backed software companies. Joe has more than 25 years of private sector, audit, and consulting experience in several industries including technology and manufacturing. Joe's experience includes successfully assisting numerous companies with initial and secondary public offerings, '34 Act filings, and spin-offs and divestitures, as well as responding to SEC comments. Joe consults with his clients on revenue recognition policies, strategic relationships, and other transactions. His clients have ranged from start-ups to multi-billion dollar companies.
